She has completed her masters in Geography. In IBRAD she is responsible for directing and monitoring of all the programmes. She also conducts many training programmes for the senior level officials of the forest department at the National and International level. She has also conducted training on participatory irrigation management, micro water management, quality improvement of health and municipal services, microplanning, gender issues for government officials, panchayat members, etc. She has been engaged in a number of action research projects. She has been consultant to different funding agencies and government departments.

A master degree holder in Economics from the University of Kolkata. 29 years experience in Banking Service with special areas in Project Management, Project Evaluation & other Banking related areas.
Worked as Principal, Executive Training College of the Bank twice for about four years.
After taking VRS from Bank’s job, joined Govt. of West Bengal apex training institute & worked there for about ten years. A professionally trained trainer in all the areas of Soft Skill. Trained in Thames valley University, U.K. & Asian Institute of Technology, Bangkok, Thailand.

An expert in RTI Act, 2005 for both the areas of Training and Creation of Mass Awareness.

He has 35 years of industrial experience in organizations like National Productivity Council, Tata Motors and Bata India Limited in areas like industrial consultancy , corporate management and union negotiations.

She has 4 years teaching experience in different honours level colleges under Calcutta University. Worked as a project fellow in a project named "Logic of Inconsistency Tolerant Systems in Human and Computer". Presently she is responsible for teaching Mathematics in BCA, BBA and MBA and additionally developing mathematical models of various Project related work.

She is pursuing Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Finance). She has the experience of teaching in a college under Calcutta University for one and half years. Presently she is responsible for teaching and handling project work.

She is a Chartered Engineer from Institution of Engineers, Kolkata. She has industrial experience in companies like Siemens, Crompton Greaves and later joined Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and was also associated with Gujarat University and IGNOU in various capacities. She is associated with IBRAD school of Management and Sustainable Development since July, 2007 and responsible for academic programme.

She has 3.5 years of experience in Industry and education in total, which includes 2 years of Corporate Experience with ETV Network Kolkata and 1.5 years of teaching experience with different B-Schools and executive MBA programs. Presently she is responsible for academic and project work in IBRAD School of Management. 

She has 3 years of experience of which more than 2 years have been spent in teaching in B-School. Presently she is appointed as full-time lecturer in Human Resource Management and also responsible for HR related matters. Her key areas are HRD, OD, OB, HRM, Employment Compensation, HRP, Values & Ethics etc.
