He has 34.5 years experience in banking industry and financial management, project analysis, project evaluation etc. He has 7 years experience in teaching in financial institutions and B-schools and management of staff training college of Bank. He has written a book on "Basic Concept of Balance Sheet and Working Capital. He has good number of writings / publications on agriculture, management and microeconomics etc, to his credit.

Ms. Raktima Mukherjee, M.Sc.

She has completed her masters in Geography. In IBRAD she is responsible for directing and monitoring of all the programmes. She also conducts many training programmes for the senior level officials of the forest department at the National and International level. She has also conducted training on participatory irrigation management, micro water management, quality improvement of health and municipal services, microplanning, gender issues for government officials, panchayat members, etc. She has been engaged in a number of action research projects. She has been consultant to different funding agencies and government departments. At present she is pursuing her Doctoral degree from University of Calcutta.

Associate Professor

He has 31 years of experience in the industry, and 8 years of teaching experience in Institutes like Mount Carmel and MSRIM, Bangalore. He has been associated with manufacturing and marketing of customized and application-specific machinery and equipment for clients all over India and a few abroad. He has successfully obtained patent rights for inventions of many clients, both individual and institute. He has conducted Management Development programmes and workshops for HAL and BPL Bangalore, and has contributed in Faculty Development programmes of Vishveshwaraiah Technical University, Belgaum, Karnataka. His areas of teaching are Operations and Marketing Management.

He has done two projects and has three publications in books and national journals to his credit. He is the life member of Indian Economic Association, Bengal Economic Association and ISI. He has completed his pre submission seminar for Ph.D and going to submit his thesis. His areas of expertise are Economics, Statistics, Environmental Economics and he is responsible for teaching and handling project.

She has 4 years teaching experience in different honours level colleges under Calcutta University. Worked as a project fellow in a project named "Logic of Inconsistency Tolerant Systems in Human and Computer". Presently she is responsible for teaching Mathematics in BCA, BBA and MBA and additionally developing mathematical models of various Project related work.

She has edited two books on Global Exports .She has ten publications in books and in different national and international journals. She has presented research papers on different areas of Indian and Sri Lanka economy in different National or International seminars/ conferences. She is the life member of Indian Economic Association, Bengal Economic Association and Indian Statistical Institute. Her areas of expertise are Economics (Micro and Macro), Statistics& Quantitative, Econometrics, Research Methodology, International Economics, and Development Economics. She is responsible for teaching and research.

She is a Chartered Engineer from Institution of Engineers, Kolkata. She has industrial experience in companies like Siemens, Crompton Greaves and later joined Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and was also associated with Gujarat University and IGNOU in various capacities. She is associated with IBRAD school of Management and Sustainable Development since July, 2007 and responsible for academic programme.

She has done her B. Tech. (IT), from West Bengal University of Technology. She is now pursuing M-Tech in Computer Science & Technology from Jadavpur University. She is working in IBRAD School of Management and Sustainable Development as Lecturer & Project Associate since July, 2007. She is responsible for academic programmes (BCA, BBA (H) & MBA) and developing software as per the need of the projects which are running in IBRAD.
