The diversity of the faculty background, knowledge and experience represents a significant challenge for the introductory course.
The good news is that this diversity can actually create a wonderful learning environment, where the more knowledgeable faculty help the students, and can actually improve their own understanding in the process. By the end of the course, we believe all students will have benefited. Learn net things and understood the logic behind some familiar concepts or practices, and the “novices” will get a good grounding in the basics, and along the way discover that finance is actually not as difficult not as difficult or mysterious as they perhaps first expected.
By the outstanding academic and human quality of our faculty, their diverse cultural and professional backgrounds make teaching.
They draw on the students’ experiences, and they undoubtedly are an important component of the learning process at the IBRAD School.
