MDP And EDP

Management Development Programme (MDP) and Executive Development Programme (EDP)

The Management Development Programs (MDP) of IBRAD School of Management and Sustainable Development strengthen the leadership capacity of both individuals and their organizations. The School's learning model immerses the promising managers in a transformational experience that fosters professional, intellectual, and personal development. Every program challenges executives to grow as leaders, to shape powerful ideas into decisive action plans, and to think and manage differently in a changing ENVIRONMENT.

The MDPs take the process of continuing executive education farther. Our Faculty comprises members who have been drawn from a variety of disciplines and who have considerable experience in teaching and research, as well as industry.

All Programs contribute to management development within the structure and systems of organizational behavior, blending management theory and tools with practical insights and participation. But above all we believe that the participant is the most important component of our Management Development Programs.

Through MDP one will add value to the learning process by sharing their own career experiences with the group of participants. Case studies and role plays form a valuable part of the Programs. Lectures and visual stimuli are supported by plenary sessions and group discussions. Special emphasis will be given to the evaluation of group exercises and personal feedback.
